One Of My Anxieties

Well, one thing that causes me a lot of anxiety is driving here in the Philippines, especially between Lipa City and Manila. Driving here, is total chaos!. Hardly anyone abides by the rules of the road here. This is the one thing that my VA psychologist wants me to do, and ultimately drive to the VA in Manila for my appointments. He asks me every month if I have been driving. The answer is always, "No.", which is embarrassing to me. I need to get out there and drive, but I just cannot find the nerve to do it. I always think in the back of my mind, that I will get into an accident and because of being American, I will be taken advantage of.
