My Plan For Tomorrow's Run


I am planning for tomorrow's run to be intervals for about 3.5 miles or maybe even 4 miles depending on how I feel. I will run at a fast pace for about 30 seconds and then walk, and then run again, until I reach my mileage goal. Then Wednesday will be a day off, with maybe some strength training with resistance bands.
