Romans 8:1

There is no condemnation for a saved person to go to hell, but a saved person can do the exact same things that an unsaved person can. If a saved person commits a crime, God forbid, then there could be some legal condemnation. That is why we SHOULD walk after the Spirit and not the flesh. This flesh is wicked!
